The Association creates and uses new ways to support novice exporters and increases the promotion effectiveness for the developed ones.
To reach our goal, we accumulate the best practices of successful education exporters and create detailed libraries of roadmaps for the countries potentially importing Russian projects.
The Association also supports the integration of foreign education practices and best technological solutions in Russia – for example, in 2019, launched a program to create IJV between a Russian and foreign Edtech projects.

Maria Aksenova President of the Impact Exporters Association – a community of professionals in the field of EdTech that promotes Russian technological educational startups on the world market; winner of the Russian President's award in the field of education; she has 5 educational companies in the current portfolio; publisher of the encyclopedia for kids "AVANTA+" (63 Volumes, circulation - 20 million copies); author of educational TV projects. Licensed investor of the Moscow Seed Fund.
I have been investing for more than 25 years and I had five exits. In other words, I have been observing and participating in systemic changes in the global education ecosystem for quite a long time. Elena Kulibabina
Serial entrepreneur, business development consultant, marketing adviser, expert on business export to Southeast Asia.
From the beginning of 2005 until 2013, she owned a business in the petrochemical segment. Collaborated with a group of GS Caltex (ex LG Corporation of South Korea). Extensive experience in foreign trade, built a dealer network in Russia, worked with the largest enterprises from the mining, coal, oil and other industries.
She has worked with the companies from South Korea, China and Japan from various industries. In may 2013, she successfully made an exit from the main part of the business. In Moscow in 2013, together with her partners, she organized an advertising Agency specializing in professional project management.
At the moment, business interests lie in the field of venture investments, technology companies, innovations and startups. She founded the InMark business integrator with partners, which helps entrepreneurs to develop their business both in Russia and abroad.
Inmark also provides financial support for projects through private investment, as well as attracting grants and subsidies for the startup development.
